Diptych is Nagel’s only work in which two works are intended to be kept displayed together and regarded as one piece of art. Nagel loved creating mask images (Pat also released the limited edition graphic “Mask” and limited edition poster “Papillon”). This piece is special and it can be hard to find both in excellent condition with the same number. Some sellers will try and sell one piece (probably because one is damaged). That however would be like getting half a painting!). There is no unsigned state to this edition and there are no other versions. They are beautiful in person and display well.
