ITT Canon Deco Suite

The 2007 Retrospective Estate Editions

These high quality Giclee prints were limited editions to 150 each; however, it is believed only a handful were sold and sold. The focus at the retrospective was on Pat’s original work and collectors spent their money on canvases, board illustrations and drawings. Well wouldn’t you? They honestly might be the most limited prints around! Try and find one.

Unauthorized Prints

There are simply too many to mention, but I will bring attention to a few famous ones that bought on action by the estate. Always reach out to me if you find something not on these pages!

“Hollywood (White Border)” is a large poster and unauthorized. Originally licensed to ITT Canon, the image was first released as a 8″ x 10″ l print in the ITT Canon Deco Suite of Four. However the large 24″ x 36 in. “Hollywood” lithograph was printed by publisher Stephan Gommerman believing he owned copyright when he purchased the ITT Canon originals and over 1000 Deco Suites still in the companies possession.
Nagel however did not relinquish copyright when he sold the works to ITT Canon. ITT Canon sold a copyright they didn’t own. The Nagel Estate sued and a settlement agreement was created. Gommerman relinquished all copyright. Unsigned. SIS.
These big “Hollywood” prints are unauthorized reproductions.
